Osteopathy
Osteopathy is a system of diagnosis and treatment for a wide range of medical conditions. It works with the structure and function of the body, and is based on the principle that the wellbeing of an individual depends on the skeleton, muscles, ligaments and connective tissues functioning smoothly together.
Physiotherapy
Physiotherapy is concerned with human function and movement. It addresses problems with mobility, dysfunction and pain such as those arising from Musculoskeletal, neurological, respiratory and chronic disability conditions, or from Mental illness and intellectual impairment.
Massage Therapy
We offer a range of massage treatments including stress relieving and muscle relaxing massages - Sports massage, Swedish or classic massage, Indian head massage and Relexology.
Podiatry and Chiropody
Podiatrists or chiropodists specialise in the diagnosis and management of foot and lower leg complaints by providing treatment of any disorders, diseases and injuries to keep this part of the body working properly.
Extracorporeal Shockwave Therapy
Extracorporeal Shockwave Therapy (ESWT) is used for the treatment of a variety of musculoskeletal conditions, primarily applied to chronic conditions, particularly those affecting medium to large sized tendons and their insertions on bone
