PHYSIOTHERAPIST

Gabbi qualified from the University of Birmingham in 2018 as a chartered Physiotherapist. She started working in Musculoskeletal Outpatients within Hertfordshire Community NHS Trust and is now a senior MSK Physiotherapist in the service.

Within her day to day role, Gabbi assesses and treats a broad range of acute and chronic conditions using holistic and patient centred treatment plans, which include rehabilitation, advice, manual therapy, sports massage and taping.

Gabbi is a keen runner who focuses mainly on marathons but also enjoys cycling and swimming as a form of cross training. Within the last year, she has completed both the Brighton and Manchester Marathon. Through having these hobbies, Gabbi has developed deeper strength and conditioning knowledge, that she enjoys sharing with her patients.

Her ambition is to help patients maintain a healthy active lifestyle and achieve their goals.
