Rob qualified as a Sports Therapist (BSc) in 2018 and later as a Chartered Physiotherapist (Msc) in 2020 from The University of Essex. Rob worked as a junior physiotherapist at Bedford Hospital NHS trust, before moving to The Princess Alexandra Hospital NHS Trust in 2021 as a Senior Physiotherapist. Alongside his role at The Wellness Hub, Rob now works as a Specialist Emergency Department Physiotherapist at Luton & Dunstable Hospital, assessing and treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions. Rob is now one of the Leading A&E specialist physiotherapists in the area.

Rob is highly experienced in treating injuries such as sciatica and back pain, as well as sports injuries such as ankle sprains and knee pain. Rob has specialist interests in running, football, tennis, boxing and rugby. He previously worked as Lead Pitch-side Trauma Therapist at both Bedford Town AFC and Newport Pagnell Town FC. Rob also has a specialist interest in Frailty and the care of elderly medicine, using functional and holistic approaches to manage many chronic conditions linked to the aging process. Rob can help with function and pain from arthritis and facilitate the post-op rehabilitation of joint replacement surgeries, arthroscopies and ligament/tendon repairs.

Rob prides himself on reassuring his patients by correctly diagnosing conditions and explaining the findings to the patient, enabling them to better understand and manage their conditions. Rob uses a number of tools such as massage and manipulation, ultrasound and exercise prescription to help people manage their pain and progress function. Rob aims to empower his patients, so they can self-manage their condition and teaches methods to prevent conditions recurring.
