Keira graduated from the University of Brighton in 2011. After some time out travelling she went on to work in the NHS for 3 years in a variety of areas. Alongside this she also worked with Watford Ladies FC for 2 seasons in the Women’s Super League providing pitch side first aid and treating/rehabilitating sports injures.

She works full time as a Senior Physiotherapist at a private hospital in Hitchin as well as providing her skills to The Wellness Hub.

Keira has attended a variety of courses to keep up to date with latest skills and evidence. These consist of Level 3 Diploma in Sports Massage, Level 1 Mat Work Pilates, Level 1 British Association of Hand Therapists (BAHT) accreditation, Strength and Conditioning for Therapists and Modern Exercise Prescription for Therapists.

Keira sees a variety of injuries and conditions with a focus on back pain, exercise rehabilitation and restoring movement patterns. 

When she is not busy working she is in the gym keeping fit, playing football for Hitchin Belles Ladies or on holiday/travelling!
