Gina currently also works within football and rugby and was involved in the London 2019 Marathon. In addition to sporting injuries, she treats issues related to work and daily living. Treatment methods include sports massage and soft tissue techniques, dry needling, joint mobilisations, stretching techniques, athletic strapping and kinesiology taping to bring about immediate and long-term relief. 

Her passion for Sports Therapy has come from the various injuries picked up over the last 15 years playing rugby. Outside of work she also takes part in various running events and enjoys skiing in the winter.
